Isigidi's Technological Infrastructure is robust

The Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) with the IT service provider includes weekly back ups and a mirror server onsite at the premises of the Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) to facilitate e-mail access should our main server be down (whether due to power outages or other reasons).

Furthermore, all the consultants are equipped with laptops and 3G cards to ensure that business runs effectively even when they are away from the office.

One point of contact

Having one point of contact assures the client of consistency, accountability and reliability from the consultants, at all times.

Post appointment review

Once placement is done, we stay in contact with both the client and the appointed candidate, and after a settling down period of approximately four months, we conduct a review to ensure that the appointment is successful.

Placement Partner

Isigidi uses one of the most powerful search engines, Placement Partner.  This programme is a full recruitment management system and its development is based on international best practice.  This software tracks the recruitment process from beginning to the end.

Our Value Proposition

As a candidate, your interview experience with Isigidi will probably differ from any previous interaction with recruitment companies. Our minimum service level to candidates includes the following:
• Advice on how to prepare a “best format” cv for the South African market. A document which once completed may be used for any future opportunities you identify whether through Isigidi or otherwise. (NB: We will provide advice, but we shall not prepare the document on your behalf).
• It is imperative that we understand your career aspirations, as well as the values which drive your decisions and lifestyle. We will endeavor to assist you if you are unsure in this regard.
• Once we have received your revised cv, we will undertake to refer you to positions which match your career aspirations and values. By revising your cv, you will find that you are better prepared for an interview, as you will have a clear understanding of the value you offer as a prospective employee.
• We will provide objective advice on any opportunities for you, whether identified by us or through another source.
• Should Isigidi place you with one of our clients, we will not approach you with other opportunities for as long as you remain in the employ of an Isigidi client.
• You may ask us to act as your agent for your next career move only if you have already moved to another employer which is not an active Isigidi client, or if you are willing to first inform your current employer of your wish to move.
• We will not re-format your cv for submission for job opportunities. Isigidi only submits the cv you provide us, to ensure that there are no “surprise questions” from our clients during the interview.
• We use Kroll MIE, a professional verification service, to provide information on your credit and criminal records, as well as verify your ID and qualifications. We will request that you sign a form giving us permission to go ahead with the verification process.

Confidentiality

The candidate's application and personal particulars are confidential and are forwarded to our clients in good faith. Consequently, under no circumstances is the Client allowed to contact the candidate either directly or indirectly, or the candidate's present employer, or attempt to seek information informally on the candidate without the consent of Isigidi or the candidate.
